Thoroughly enjoyed very nice helpful staff and big size hotel.

we stayed here for trip, everything was great and it was in the exceptionally nice location to all 3 beaches. the food was amazing with variety of options. location: the hotel was near to the center of cat ba town, and the best restaurant on the island. the place was right next to ha vy restaurant, where you can have dinner.

The staff was willing to help, including the owner. The location in a fairly quiet area was perfect and excellent. There was variety of bars and restaurants nearby...

I had an amazing stay at Ruby Hotel in Cat Ba. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of Cat Ba town and close to the beaches and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel provided a detailed guide in the room with information about all the activities and attractions on the island. I highly recommend staying at Ruby Hotel for a fantastic experience.

The only minor drawbacks were the noise from other rooms and the lack of variety in the breakfast options. However, these did not significantly impact my overall enjoyment of the stay.

The place was fairly clean with public parking and a comfy bed. The rooms were large and the staff was willing to help. The hotel was very close to the best restaurant on the island-‘ Yummy' as well as the center thanks to its perfect location.

Secondly, the staff were very helpful and friendly, despite the language barrier. They always went out of their way to assist me. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with good bathrooms and balconies. It was great value for money, especially with breakfast included.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Cat Ba Island. The owner/manager was also very attentive and ready to fulfill any request. The location of the hotel was excellent with nearby restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Our room on the 10th floor had stunning views of the city, mountains, and sunset over the sea. The room and bathroom were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The hotel also offered convenient scooter rentals for exploring the island.

This affordable hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants, bars, and shops. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was accommodating in organizing tours and providing recommendations. Breakfast was tasty and ample. Guests enjoy a variety of facilities such as the TV with Netflix, good wifi, and scooter rentals.

Some of the staff spoke little English, making communication challenging at times.

We had an amazing stay at Ruby Hotel in Cat Ba! As a couple traveling on a budget, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even helping with a faulty luggage lock late at night. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the best restaurant on the island and the waterfront. The beds were comfortable and the bedding and towels were fresh. We also enjoyed having Netflix in our room. For such an affordable price, we were truly impressed with the level of service and would 100% stay again!

Our Xmas vacation was amazing! The hotel was located in the heart of the town, which allowed us to easily reach the best restaurants and beaches. The breakfast was delicious every morning and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was modern and new, offering a comfortable stay. The best part was the efficiency in which they organized tours, allowing us to make the most of our time on the island.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, it was slightly damp, which made it difficult to completely relax. We were also disappointed when the tour we were sold did not include what was promised. The lack of compensation made us feel uneasy about recommending it to others.
